Um. Been working on an SP manifestation for 5 months. A month ago a brilliant, hilarious, smart and soulful purebred dalmatian suddenly and kind of miraculously appeared in my life. Today I saw a dog at the subway. I sat right next to it, and it wanted my food and to be cuddled by me. And I found out his name was Spirit. I just found that so thrilling and it gave me so much peace and joy in my heart. I take it as a sign cause I rarely see animals on the subway where I live. I guess it means : Everythings unfolding perfectly for me.
Oh and by the way. I asked my sister last week to try to meet each other this week. I happened to suddenly meet her at the mall on my way home. Then we hung out for 2 hours. The synchronicity is crazy :) <3

Ok. So perspective is everything.

But I’m manifesting a solid girlfriend. (The streets are no longer for me lol) but ever since I started the process of truly loving myself and focusing on being the best version of myself each day and being more confident, more and more women of better quality are approaching me. They aren’t always ones Im particularly attracted to, or sometimes they’ll have boyfriends. But I see that I’m attracting more women in general. So I take time to stay present in each conversation & even if I only make new female friends, I know the universe is creating a path to THE ONE. Huge sign I have not been taking for granted.

I seen a deer 🦌 today. She was so beautiful. It made me think of my mother. We use to watch deer eat at dusk, sometimes a herd. Seen to heron today flying low over the lake hunting for fish. Good sign, go it alone and the go ahead with a certain plan.

About 3-4 days ago I found a red tail hawk it landed in the parking lot and then flew off and then I seen that same hawk again and it landed in the parking lot and took off again

Hi Lance, thanks for posting this video, it's really helpful. On point 1 I have noticed a MAJOR shift in my vibration and delight in the feeling of my brain tingling as if it's waking up. It's a lovely reassuring feeling. I have noticed though that different parts of my brain activate over different things - sometimes its as if my ears are being pulled up slightly, other times its as if someone is touching my forehead with a finger on the right hand side and yet at other times it is my brain stem that it active, right at the back of my head, low down like at the top of my neck. Do these sensations mean different vibrations are being triggered according to the stimulus? Is this something I can learn to control? At the moment I can pretty much switch on the ear pulling sensation at will just by thinking about what I wish to manifest, but at other times it seems to come out of the blue, say watching a video on You Tube - one of your videos set off a response yesterday deep in my brain stem, interestingly the 'lizard brain', the more ancient part. Is this all part of 'growing'? I'm curious. Does each brain section lighting up mean something different do you know? Has any research been done on this? I did see a documentary where Deepak Chopra activated a particular part of his brain whilst in an MRI and he could do it at will. We only use 1% of our brain- is this all part of the higher use the other 99% is for???! Namaste 🙃

I’m seeing red cardinals like crazy it’s to the point when I’m driving they are flying infront of my car when I’m driving I have been on this journey for about 3 months now and the red cardinal has been in my life for about a week now everywhere I turn it’s almost overwhelming what should I do
