Looks great. I add a splash of fresh lemon juice to keep it that vibrant green colour. It has a tendency to brown once it hits the pasta if you skip the lemon.

I have added a twist by sautéing 1/2 large chopped sweet onion (no color)…..but only after it has cooled completely. I also cheat with a food processor. It truly is exceptional and the longest time is the onion. Never had better. Freezes well too but plastic wrap important to avoid oxidation.
