Stop Settling Out of Fear of Being Alone

The fear of being alone limits a lot of us from making the right decisions. We allow people into our lives who should never be in it just to fill the void of being able to call somebody a "friend." While being alone isn't ideal for most of us, sometimes it's in our best interest to avoid being around people who aren't in our best interest. When we fear being alone, we fear telling people no, we fear setting boundaries, and we fear making tough decisions out of the response we may receive from other people.

I recently had a “friend” steal a girl from me, second time he’s done this (he was hanging out with my ex behind my back).
