None of which mean your ‘diet isn’t working'. It simply means your weight loss is being masked by the other very normal functions of a human body.

So weigh yourself daily and look at the trend - Apps like @‌happyscale or @‌fitbit will do the math for you if you input your daily data 😉

So you can focus on moving in the right direction, rather than throwing in the towel!!

all those advise is silly, some people have EXCESSIVE hunger... and you cannot fix it with your tricks.
