None of which mean your ‘diet isn’t working'. It simply means your weight loss is being masked by the other very normal functions of a human body.
So weigh yourself daily and look at the trend - Apps like @happyscale or @fitbit will do the math for you if you input your daily data 😉
So you can focus on moving in the right direction, rather than throwing in the towel!!
