Very good answers and questions. I always thought driving with snow on top of a vehicle, with some flying off down the highway was illegal...now I finally know the answer and I was right. It's a hazard to other drivers so it should be.

State Statute prohibits more than 4 white lights to the front of a vehicle, so what about headlights, foglights, and accent lights on these newer vehicles?
