0:19 it actually is the last time he borrows a ship from him. And at 0:36 obiwan says it’s my “friends ship” which sounds like friendship and the fact the ship is falling apart foreshadowed obiwan and anakins friendship falling apart.

That's what bothers me here. If Obi-Wan is ok with asking for a ship from Anakin, why didn't he ask Anakin himself to come along and help? Anakin isn't like any other Jedi. I'm sure he'd be more than willing give Obi-Wan a hand here. If they discovered Anakin gave Obi-Wan a ship for this unapproved mission, he's going to share partial responsibility no matter what, might as well bring the man himself along.
