K1 visas are like forgotten, ridiculous how are lives held hostage by discriminatory policies that favor business wanted visas over k visas. They could do plausible remedies. 1 vaccinate the embassy employees & require COVID test prior to the interview. 2. Online interviews. 3. Waive the interviews for K1 when they have one with adjustment of status. Plus if they have any empathy they would issue temporary to unite couples who have agree to have fiancé return to their country or fine the sponsor.

After 16 months of wait on K-1 visa, my fiance had interview scheduled for April 30th in India and today the embassy cancelled all interviews until further notice. It's so hard and devastating.

It is ok for USCIS and NVC to delay but no one thinking about the repercussions it’s causing. Kids become age out and kids are become out of status. It’s usually the application who suffers. When attorney mess you cause it’s the applicant who suffers.
