This piece is so good that they named a whole-ass planet after it.

I was listening to this piece a once at maximum volume and my next door neighbor liked it so much that he threw a brick through my window so he could hear it better.

2:59 to 4:58 is the most stimulating bit of music I have ever heard. I have heard it many times over my short 25 years of life and it ceases to make my eyes swell with tears and hairs raise across my entire body. Of all the great pieces of music, this is surely one of the greatest.

Let this be a message to all who have ever uttered the phrase "classical music is boring"

The song transitioning at 2:59 up until 4:56 is one of the best moments of classical music history! I love the whole song but this is easily one of my favorite parts of all time.

As someone who just likes the song and has no idea what Bluey is, I'm just happy they're still putting classical music in cartoons. It's a great tradition. I know I first heard many famous classical pieces in old Looney Tunes cartoons as a kid.

Shout out to the Bluey families out there.

I was so happy to hear Holst's music being featured in a Bluey episode.

I've been hooked since my music teacher introduced Mars to my class when I was eleven years old.

Nobody is talking about that the camera is slowly zooming in?
Imagine that we're slowly getting pulled by Jupiter's immense gravity...

My son passed away on fathers day this year. He was barely 3 months old. Diagnosed with a horrible heart defect. His mom and I moved heaven and earth just for him to survive... and he did for what little time it was. This song touches a part of my soul marred by grief that I can't describe, I hope those suffering loss like myself will feel the grace of God.

I miss you Everett. Do not go far from me.

No cause I refuse to believe someone didn’t just hold a microphone up to this planet and record all this

2:58 - 5:00 might be one of the best pieces of music ever....just ever...like ever...like there is nothing better...ever...

This piece is such a nightmare to play but God it's worth the sore hands. Especially at 2:58, the feeling throughout the orchestra and the audience is so majestic, you can feel the energy and the pride in how gorgeous the music is even before the first measure is finished.

Few things make me cry, but somehow Bingo's heartbreaking separation anxiety paired with beautiful backgrounds and Gustav Holst's Jupiter did it for me. Good job Bluey.

"Even those listeners who had studied the score for months were taken aback by the unexpected clamour of Mars. During Jupiter the charwomen working in the corridors put down their scrubbing-brushes and began to dance. In Saturn the isolated listeners in the dark, half-empty hall felt themselves growing older at every bar. But it was the end of Neptune that was unforgettable, with its hidden chorus of women's voices growing fainter and fainter in the distance, until the imagination knew no difference between sound and silence"

Imogen Holst (the composers daughter) records her thoughts and observations of the 1918 premiere

Everyone talking about how 2:59 and 1:40 are amazing whilst I’m out here thinking that 0:00-7:46 is the best part.

I’m often accused of having a heart of stone but Bluey brought me here and I’m a wreck.
Such a moving piece 🙏🏻❤️
