Dude thanks so much. I have an RX6600XT and I literally couldn't find any videos that are specific in 2022 for AMD cards. Thanks a bunch, this was amazing since I only record and don't stream. Your the best.

Im not a big fan of CBR for recordings, because the constant bitrate (CBR) is mostly usefull for streams.
But for videos, where the quality should have highest priority, while we want to keep our filesize as small as possible, CQP is the better option, because it tries to keep a certain quality level, no matter what happens, but reduces the bitrate that gets used, when nothing happens.

My brother you have solved my woes. I got through all of this on my own but couldn't figure out the very last bit, which was the bitrate. No I did not intend to make that pun. Fixed my problem and now the captured footage looks better than even on AMD's software. Thanks a million
