for anyone that actually wants fps, use med graphics regardless of gpu unless its 5 years old(this game is 90% cpu bound, increasing your gpu load will help out a little) otherwise just turn lod to 2.5, most cpu setting on off

Btw for FOV, higher FOV is good because you can see more but worse in tarkov because of sharpness so at distance it makes it harder, it's the opposite for low FOV. So I have mine around 65-69 usually because you get the best of both worlds in that range. Some people I know like 62, but 60s is the range I would recommend to anyone wondering for FOV.

also for post fx, any adative sharpen will lower your fps, luma as well. that being said my setttings top from bottom are, 85-100-82-80-10-3, cognac 45, deuturanopia 10
giving my 2070 + 5 3600 a stable 140 on pvp 80 on pve

Like yeah, if I set my resolution to 1080p instead of 2k I also get 200 FPS lmfao
