You sound super clever.The orthopaedic surgeon wasn't even concerned and didn't mentioned any of this. Good video.My shoulders and upper back is paining like crazy. It's burning like fire!!!! 😭 it was after weight training. It's been three months and the pain is the same. After the orthopaedic surgeons did a examination. He thinks it's ok.But the pain is unbeatable and both my elbows are in pain as well. The elbows are making very loud popping noises with pain 😬 I wish I was from your country.

Doc i get burning juscle pain all over- especially in neck, shoulders, forearms, calf muscles- it feels. Ike lactic acid burn- and quickly elevates whenever i i do anything like walk, do dishes, brush teeth etc. The severity vwries- some days better than others- bad days i have to sit back on couch and let the headrest take the stress off the neck muscles. Today is a bad day- typing this my arms are really burning as I type this- have had this for, 30 years now- docs haven't given a reason. I've had no i juries-
