I'm actually shocked, I was certain they were still going sell out despite all of blizzard's failings, but I guess all the bad decisions really are starting to catch up to them. That's great news. I don't hold much hope left for this company, but if anything can make them change, it's losing a lot of money.

Man, I didn't even play Blizzard games back in the day. But I still remember the reverence the company was treated with, the pedigree that the name "Blizzard" carried with it.

Went to 5 Blizzcons with my brother, it was a good way to see him for vacation on the west coast. We skipped 2018 when the whole Diablo immortal fiasco started. The company fell off a cliff during that time, morally and creatively. Neither of us play Blizz games anymore, and scoff at the idea of ever going to Blizzcon ever again, or buying another Blizz game. Blizzcon will never become what it once was.

This is what happens with bad management. They get solidified in their positions and just sap money off the company until just before it goes under and they jump ship, writing on their resume that they worked for some giant that made it super successful.

Bruh I remember the panic of trying to get a ticket back in 2017/18 me and some old friends were trying to go as a group and failed in 2017, we tried again in 2018 and I managed to get them right before they sold out, the fact Blizzcon is not only, not selling out instantly but is less than a month away and people are deseperate enough to re-sell their tickets for less than what they paid instead of scalping them is insane...one day their is going to be a documentry on how high Blizzard went and how hard the fell off.

It’s honestly impressive how hard Blizzard has worked to destroy every single IP they own. They had some of the most diehard fanbases for some of the oldest, well-aged games of all time, and they have somehow managed to systematically annihilate that fanbase from each game with almost no exception.

They deserve every bit of this. More than that, they deserve to fade from existence and become a footnote in history and an example of how NOT to run a company.

$200 a ticket? to see what? i hope there are velociraptors and some other pretty cool stuff. $5 would be very fair price already, we're talking about going to a place where they wont offer all you can eat for a price or any other thing like that.
