I have not seen any results from my ultherapy, and it hurts like hell!!!! I don’t think its worth it. Im a medical aesthetician and i had it done so that i could experience it, so that im able to explain to my patients the procedure.

Thank you for being honest about doing multiple different treatments and therefore didn’t take before and after pics. Too many ppl online would have lied to create some kind of mass frenzy.

I had Ultherapy Dec 2021 now Mid July 2022 and I love my results. My neck and jowls were starting to droop slightly so I gave Ultherapy a go. I also did my whole face and already want to go back for a touch up to keep my face looking fresh. It has helped my self esteem with bringing my jawline and neck back to how it was 5 or 6 years before. I had numbing cream applied and with that didn’t feel unbearable discomfort.

I had ultherapy recently. It was virtually painless! Took only 750mg of generic Tylenol and an anxiety med to relax me. No redness, bruises or scarring. Reading all these reviews of pain nearly scared me away, but Im glad I went through it. I winced for a second only a few times during the over 700 passes! You need a practitioner with experience who's capable of reading the machine and adjusting to your skin. I'd never go to a newbie. Mine was an ultherapy specialist. I honestly don't understand all the negative statements, buts its normal for ppl to complain in reviews rather than praise. Which is why I felt the need to post. I cant speak for results, as its only been a few days.

I live in Asia. I just had Ultherapy at Yanhee hospital today. I always do my skincare there every time in am in Bangkok. Proper machines and operated by trained Drs. There are a million and one clinics here and even in shopping centers. I guess all the horror stories are from copy machines rather than Ultherapy and not operated by trained Drs. I will only every go to a JCI accredited hospital and Yanhee is my go to for a decade now.

Well I agree that you have to several procedures for different areas to tweak! Your skin the shape of your face looks fabulous. The one thing you can’t fix or change ( not that I know of!) is that twinkle in your eyes and that genuine smile. 😉 🙏🏻😊🌹✨✨✨🌞

I'm having Ultherapy tomorrow for the 3rd time (one per year now since age 57) and after I just had my 3rd Kybella 6 weeks ago. I'm 59 BTW. I love Ultherapy and Kybella! I hope the Ultherapy does a bit more tightening on my jowls but even if it doesn't, I'm still thrilled with the results. I love getting the Ultherapy because they give laughing gas - as much as you want and so it's fun. LOL

I had it done and loved it. It took about 9 months to see the full result. Mine was done for staff training under supervision of the rep. It comes down to technique and the proper amount of passes at different depths. It wasn't painful for me but was uncomfortable during the last pass (3 total passes at different depths). I have seen in my area people offering a 'glow' Ultherapy treatment which is doing only one pass. That won't offer any result. That marketing gives Ultherapy a bad rap.

I tried ultherapy about 10 years ago and got really good results. Later, I only found some cheaper, Chinese imitations of the machine, which did more harm than good. My newest go-to HIFU for the past 2 years has been the Ultraformer 3. I love it for face and body. I've just posted a video about it recently if anyone's interested.

Hi just wanted to say I had ultherapy on my brow in Nov 21 to give a try out. I agree with you no pain and very nice results. You're right I think it is going to be 1 x a year. Started to see results after about 2 weeks and got even better. I have hooded eyes and it made a very nice suttel lift tj

Dear dr Rajani. I have an appointment to Thermage, for lower face and under chin. I have decided against using it on my neck, as I am afraid of losing fat pads... I do not have much jowls or lose skin, but thought Thermage would be a nice pick me up. What do you think? Is it too powerful?
Also, I have heard a team of doctora and scientiats here in Finland have created a facial filler or rejuvenatot which uses fat from liposuction. Not a fat transfer, but a ready made product in a syringe... Gotta say that it does not sound very glamourous, but who knows how smart it is. Have you heard about it?
Still applying sunscreen even that we entering into twilight seasom, the sun is a bit of a distant memory until the spring. I fmd mineral sunscreen protects alao from the windchill factor. Keep on playing the ice hockey! 😻 Love.

I think that ultherapy works for some, and does not work for others. For me personally, it was not the greatest experience, although I will say that friends and family said my face looked slimmer after about 6 months from the time I got the ultherapy treatment. It was not the greatest experience for me in that it took a long period of time for the swelling to go down, the procedure was super painful (and I normally have a high pain tolerance), and the procedure left a scar on the left side of my face. The place I went to have the procedure done did not give me any numbing cream or anything to reduce the pain. I know this varies from place to place.

I would say just to do your research before investing in this procedure!

I paid 6k for my mom’s Ultherapy by a double board certified plastic surgeon. We saw jawline improvement but it went away after 5 months. The damage came after a year. Crepey neck, loss of temporal fat, sagging tissues, upper eyelids sag, twitchy eye… we followed up with the PS but she stood by her machine. It was awful, zero improvement and lots of pain. I’m heartbroken but i will help her! Open to suggestions

I just got it on my neck and chin. I'll let you know soon. I get nervous because people on some reels say it decreases fat. We will see

I have been searching Youtube for information on Ultherapy for the nasal fold, above the lip area. I had scheduled and then cancelled after my appt after seeing that it is NOT FDA approved - only FDA cleared and only to be used above the eyebrows and below the chin. I came across some stories of damage that has been done to those that they say is not fixable. (See The Doctors episode covering it) I'm glad your results were good results.

Had 1 vial Sculptra and EZPrf (under eyes) 6 weeks ago and LOVE the results. Want to try EZGel when needed next time. Did you personally see better results with EZgel than Sculptra? You or your patients? Love your knowledge and honesty. Have a great day!

Thank you for this one. I’m
Booked for Ultherapy late June and I’m a little anxious about it possibly affecting my two sculptra treatments. I haven’t had fillers for a very long time but does it affect fillers? Is this a risk?
