Learn how to simplify rational expressions. A rational expression is an expression in the form of a fraction where the numerator and/or the denominator are/is an algebraic expression. To simplify a rational expression, we factor completely the numerator and the denominator of the rational expression and cancel out terms common to both the numerator and the denominator of the rational expression.

Question, You said that a^3 - b^3 can be rewrited to (a-b)(a^2+ab+b^2), however, in this ecuation wouldn't B= -2?
therefore shouldnt be looking like (x - (-2))(x^2+(-2x)+(-2)^2) = I'm confused :/
