We live in his home town...he is buried within miles and so many take it for granted. We are so very lucky to be walking where he walked!

He came to this world to abolish slavery and change the lives of millions to be born in the future. God bless his soul.

From his humble origins, to what he accomplished, he was probably the best president this country ever had. Your biographies are so rich of information. The very best ever.
Thank you for your time and effort!❤️

Great documentary, thank you. Lincoln delivered the best out of the worst circumstances he suffered. A prophet-like delivery. Let us not judge people of past centuries by our perceptions of today, otherwise we will be judged negatively in the future.

I’ve consumed so much content concerning Lincoln and the more I learn, the more I love. I feel like he had the purest of souls and his story both inspires me and breaks my heart.

He was a true, sincere and great Abolitionist, since the beginning when He was a young man working in a grocery, during the same time, doing his study, He used to help the Black People, then with the Quakers as well. The Emancipation Law was not a Political move, despite that help Him a lot. It was his Ideology to make the USA a Modern, Free, Humanist Country. I consider Mr A. Lincoln as one of Great Man God-Humanity could created.

It’s really sad that Boston is removing his statue from Lincoln Square talking about it’s demeaning. This man endured a hell of a lot.

Thank you for this video of Abraham Lincoln and the civil war. I believe President Lincoln wanted to preserve this great experiment know as The United Stares and was the great emancipator. I love America and the freedoms it blesses us as a nation.

Great man he was. Despite personal tragedies, including the loss of his children, Lincoln remained dedicated to the service of his nation. His great speeches reflect his deep conviction in the principles of equality and justice 👏👏

The character of the man was so evidenced by not only his actions, courage, and morality, but also by the words he expressed in his speeches, which will stand for a long time. He suffered immensely but this suffering molded his deep character. His words were otherworldly and this was a man who was on another plane of being. He arrived at just the right time when someone of his character was needed to unify America. This is the type of leader that is needed desperately today to lead, unify and heal the United States at this critical juncture of our history. There is a civil war going on the depths of our human psyches and unfortunately the current crop of political leaders do not have the stature and character to lead America out of this destructive division.

I'm a tour guide (sometimes) at the old state capitol in springfield, il. It is truly amazing to see his humble beginnings, and the feeling one gets when stepping into the House Chamber is very moving.

There is a saying, "as a man thinketh so is he". Thank God for men and women of inner conviction and integrity that has taken the case of justice for all.
