Just in this position at the moment. Ive left them to it.. my offer is on the table, cash offer. Ball is in their court. Been viewing for the last 10 months. Estate agents are making life a nightmare with over inflated valuations.

Just like a woman, if you show too much interest she will play hard to get with an inflated ego, even though she wants you too. But some people have no patience for games, and then both lose.
