Today, I'd like to share a foolproof way to make super crispy, richly flavored Shrimp Spring Rolls. I use Knorr Liquid Seasoning @CookWithKnorr in place of soy sauce to elevate the flavor of this crowd-pleasing dish.

Serving: 20 spring rolls
Prep time: 40 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
 
For the filling:
1 ½ pounds shrimp, peeled, deveined, and minced
1 large egg
1 medium carrot, minced
1 medium onion, minced  
¼ teaspoon ginger, minced
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons Knorr Liquid Seasoning
 
For the spring rolls:
1 large egg, beaten
20 pieces spring roll wrappers
2 cups oil (high smoking point)
