👉*Ingredients:**
- 2 bread slices (sides cut)
- 1 cheese slice
- 1 egg
- milk
- Salt (optional)
- Butter or oil for shallow frying

**Steps:**
1. Bread ke sides cut karo.
2. Ek slice par cheese rakho, dusri slice se cover karo.
3. Egg aur milk ko whisk karo (thoda salt daal sakte ho).
4. Bread sandwich ko is mix me ache se dip karo.
5. Thoda butter/oil lekar pan me dono sides se golden brown hone tak shallow fry karo.
6. Serve hot — crispy outside, melty inside!

My dad used to go with a similar mix up without the frying part. Scrambled with ketchup on plain bread. Still easy and filling. Thanks for sharing.
