May I know the employer is forced to reduce the working hours without my consent, as they are trying to save my hours for other employees. As I am contacted for 40 hrs per week, however they are trying hard to reduce to 35hrs, but I am absolutely fine to give 8hrs a day. Can they force me to sign to change my contract ?
