I literally cannot get enough of this song!! It's so bittersweet and I love the lyrics, and the instruments, and the singing, and just.. everything about it? Yeah, that seems about right. Especially the part at the end where instead of cutting it off it finally goes "and I'll wake up and she won't be mine" like this song hurts but it hurts SO good. It makes my heart sad but it makes my ears happy. Alright there's my rant about how much I love this song xD

This song hit so hard when I first heard it. I was quickly and deeply falling in love, and thought I had no chance, we spent so much time together, and I just wanted to be with them, not all the lyrics fit the situation perfectly, but still I would listen to this song constantly, (it became my number 1 song of the year on spotify wrapped), and I am absolutely privileged and ecstatic to say that we are now happily dating and have been together for almost a year! We laugh now about it and they think it’s so endearing whenever I still sing it at times, smiling, knowing that in the morning, the sun will rise, and I’ll wake up and they are mine❤🥰
