Thanks for pointing out those plotholes. I think another plothole is that The One Above All should've known Thanos would take the Astral Regulator since he's beyond space as well as time and is literally omniscient.
Even if not he could've stopped Thanos right before he took it since he's omnipresent and omnipotent. The dumbest person would've realized that acquiring the Cosmic Regulator is his goal.
But apparently The One Above All is not just incompetent but also stupid lmao.

The person in this video isn't The One Above All. The One Above All and Above All Others are two separate entities, I'll refer to them as AAO (Above All Others) and TOAA (The One Above All). At 3:17, the image shown with Thanos and TLT, the bearded figure in the background is AAO not TOAA. The storyline of this comic takes place the Marvel Mutliverse, which is where AAO and TLT reside over. However, TOAA resides over the OMNIVERSE, which is an expanse that contains the Marvel Multiverse within it.

TOAA is omnipotent(?), omnipresent, and omniscient. He would know what Thanos is up to, and he will destroy him before he blinks. You cannot defeat your creator.

It is like drawing a cartoon, and it just popping out of the comic and killing the writer. Impossible.

AR Thanos never defeated The One Above All. He absorbed the power of Above All Others and The Living Tribunal. In the comic, he states that even though he had absorbed god, he could feel like he was not in total control. Since Above All Others is just an aspect of TOAA, he only felt a fraction of his power, hence saying he's not in complete control.

Here is why the one above all would not care if Thanos surprisingly beat him. The universe is made of not and an infinite amount of energy and matter it is finite. So that includes souls and people and all creation. The one above all is all that creation. plus all other realities in one being. So Thanos with his small mind would could not comprehend such information yet hold it all in one shell. He would lose himself to all that is. Thanos would simply become one with the creation and not even notice it. Like a drop of water jumping into the ocean screaming look at me.
