This is actually why I prefer if customers don’t put a tip on it at all. That means Uber will keep cranking up the base pay (and I’ve had some go over $25 to $30 late night)

Call support and get them to reverse it. If the agent won't, ask for a supervisor. I had one reversed because they agreed I did nothing wrong and they even added another $5 for my trouble.

Pedro, we need to sign a petition all drivers for those criminal, heinous behaviors to stop completely, no one cuts u a slack if u are a bit late on the delivery, u get deactivated left and right, but people to steal the money back, that's ok? How?

That’s why I monitor my deliveries and if I ever get tip baited I make sure I get them back. Either go back and give them an extra special delivery at their door or wait until the next time I get their order. Just recently got a tip baiters order for the 2nd time in a few weeks and the 2nd time I just drove by and marked it delivered. Had myself a nice meal for my dinner and to my surprise got paid in full 🤣

I haven’t done Uber in months because a customer took away the tip after I cashed it out and it put my earnings balance at -$8.33. I don’t know why or how they were able to take back the tip after I had already been paid but I refuse to deliver for them anymore since my next order would just be working for free to get rid of a negative balance.

Same thing happened to me! Trip was for $11.00 and all I received was $3 and some change after they took back the tip. It was for about 3 miles also, it’s sad how Uber allows this to be done! At this point I don’t even blame the customer anymore because at the end of it Uber gives them the option. And that’s why I stopped fooling with Uber deliveries!

Pedro, this has happened to me a few times. In my experience, tips have taken up to 48 hours to appear on your digital wallet. I know it’s frustrating, but imagine how many transactions Uber processes per day on any given day? Don’t worry bro, you’ll get your tip. Just keep checking your digital wallet bro! It’ll show up. I’ve had this happen before. What I do is report them to Uber and they’ll take them off your future deliveries.

When I get those those especially seems to happen on shop and delivery orders at stores and such for me where the tips somehow gets lowered. I take a screenshot just like you did and I watch out for those to come through again and get auto declined. I love that you were sharing this information.

That happened to me too with uber $14 6miles customer tip was 10 she took it off after dropping off its happening all over wth Uber from what I hear from other YouTubers
