Spoiler: you can't. Turns out Amazon doesn't have competition - just smaller companies that pay them to exist. The only solution is to break up Big Tech.

"limiting" solutions, to restrict any kind of monopoly will never work. you must go to the root of the problem.
3 new laws are needed to completely restructure the economy and make it work for communities again:

1: Ban all franchising, Only a single location allowed per business. (for example, every MacDonald's would be replaced with a local fast food place except one)

2: Ban all advertisement. INCLUDING LOGOS ON PRODUCTS (even A nike swoosh would no longer be a pattern that is able to be copywritten, this would kill all dishonest artificial brand culture effectively. the only place a company name could be is on a tag or receipt, not on a products... there would be no tesla logo allowed on tesla cars. that is an advertisement) (also includes online advertisements, many exploitative and dishonest business models would need to restructure)

3. Only citizens allowed to own land in a country. Foreign global companies would need to lease land from a citizen and would be limited to one location. (also Foreign nationals could not invest in real estate in a community and increase the housing prices until people who are born there and work there all their lives are forced to leave.)

My country is currently controlled by monopolies... none of which originate in my country... :(

Bonus, but people would never agree to this last one and would probably inhibit growth too much tbh... 4: Ban usury. collecting rent is a form of usury btw... you are now only allowed to sell, give, or loan without compensation. either goods or money.
