Start a drinking game, take a shot for every NPC that ends a line with a creepy or sinister laugh of some kind. You'll probably be so smashed that you'll end up getting smashed... by the game's enemies that is (like you weren't already). Whether the male or female undead merchants, the Crestfallen Warrior, Patches, Lautrec, Marvelous Chester, but this guy definitely takes the cake.
