I love seeing your fossils. Here in Guam we find shells and coral fossils. I have a nice giant clam fossil that's about 10 inches long.

Big congratulations to ABSOLUTELY GREAT fossil finds!
When I visited York and its surroundings 2 years ago (including Whitby and Flamborough Head) I didn’t know there is such a rich fossil site. Now I really regret that I was no longer interested in collecting fossils then as I’m today. I wish I could one day find such beautiful fossils (nevermind if corals, belemnites, ammonites or some teeth and bones of some ancient vertebrates) in the sediments around my home as you do.
I also wish you good luck to your next fossil hunting!

Is it still as thrilling each time you open a specimen, or has it gotten to be duller now that you have opened so many hundreds? I like to imagine myself right there with you looking over your shoulder. That would make my life complete!
