Is the second generation of Apple TV no longer compatible with devices running on the latest iOS versions? I tried everything suggested here’s and still can’t see my Apple TV for screen mirroring. I can strangely connect my phone as a remote though! Just not able to screen mirror which is what I really want. Any other tips I may have missed trying?

I've done all of these and still cant connect to screen mirroring... it just sits with the buffer/loading wheel in the top right corner no matter how long I let it just sit there for.

This expensive phone blocks off too many common features. Used iPhone for over a year now, every app is more expensive if there is one in the app store. I still cant believe they cant make it connect to a simple device in 2024. Moving out of iPhone next year. Total rip off except for the quality of the hardware. Whats with apple investing in ai and all that if they cant even perform the most basic action?
