I just found a white lesion in the back of my mouth and I have a referral for a biopsy, I'm really scared 😖

I got this painful bump on the inside of my cheek with a white patch at the peak of the bump. No sore throat, or real difficulty eating or swallowing save for the same kind of pain that comes with the irritation of the area or anything else. Not sure if something just like a canker sore, ulcer, or worst case cancer. Internet is honestly little help and I'm getting conflicting diagnoses. Any medical pros in the house to give me their take on it? I know you'd probably say something like "go get it checked out" but I'd like to avoid pricey doctor visits if I can avoid it. I won't sue you

Acne created a lump on my face n there is a small cut inside my mouth should I worry about this.

I don't have any lesions, but I have lumps in my cheek, specifically my upper jaw/sinus

Ohhhh this is what they're doing when I go in for my teeth cleaning. I wondered if it was for my TMJ. Last time my hygienist was palpating my neck and shoulders and said "Wow! Your shoulders are tight, have you been stressed out?" 😂
