All my college lecturer ever does when he's trying to teach us this stuff is draw loads of random reaction mechanisms on the board without actually explaining it in the context of pharmacology like you have here. i thought NADPH transfer the electron to FAD which then transfer it to FMN and is then transferred to cytp450?

So, you make a mistake at around 6 minutes when you're explaining what 3A4 means. Just to clarify, none of them mean the family or subfamily of the drug, but they all mean the family, subfamily, and isozyme of enzymes?
