I've tried countless things. The sole things that really worked for me: A nutritious diet, proper sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 20 minutes, eating right, using good shampoo as well as oil. I use only liitllextra coconoin hair oil shampoo duo for this reason plus it does the job. The hairfall was controlled with it.

Honestly, I don’t use all these products. I just keep it natural and daily I take cold shower and dry it naturally. My hair grows organically and looks good. I'm happy with that.
