Omnipotence mod: this mod gives you access to every material instantly, crafts your loadouts for you, and automatically builds npc housing as soon as its needed. It really saves a lot of time grinding

I used to use a loot bag mod, that gave you loot bags at a really rare chance, but they were actually super common, and gave OP loot. I've been playing modded terraria from the start, so when I decided that the lootbags made it too easy, I made a new expert mode world without the mod, and damn is it alot harder for me. But I got used to it quick, and I am taking my time with this world, I could have beat the eye of Cthulhu in the first hour or two, but it took me 7 hours total to beat my first boss, because I actually took the time to appreciate the game, and get used to it, without having mods that made it super easy. The only mod I have that makes is easy now, is the ore excavator mod.

Another QoL i enjoy is the dash hotkey mod. Literelly just adds an option to set your dash to a single keystroke.

An underated quality of life mod I highly recommend is "QoL Compendium"

If you ever had the issues of "too many QoL mods"? (Specially when playing in multiplayer) QoL Compendium makes it so it's a bunch of QoL mods in one singular mod.

It adds a better cellphone, NPCs that reduce grinding, Non-Consumable Boss Summons, etc... And the best part is that it's compatible with A TON of mods.

Plus if you dislike some of the modded features, in config you can just disable whatever feature you personally don't like.

I personally use ore excavator, recipe browser and boss checklist in every mod experience, but auto building things or buying potions/bars feels like too much considering how crutial those aspects are to the game.

For the recipe one, I just use the guide. He's always housed right at the center of my base (most of the time where I have my chests and crafting stations) so I don't have to leave the game. I use the wiki for stuff such as drop rates or techincal stuff like fishing or checking the needs for an NPC to sell me a certain thing
