Boss Checklist actually has more features to it then the basic checklist.
Open inventory and click the green book in the bottom right.

Opens a book with all the bosses displayed in a nice UI. Can click on them to see various things like Loot table which tracks which drops you have or have not got yet.

My other quality of life mods for TML:
1. MagicStorage
2. Fargo's Mutants
3. AlchemistNPC (may be cheating, depending)
4. Lan's Unlimited Buff Slots
5. PotionSafe (Fargo's has a mechanic that allows unlimited duration potions at 30 stack in inventory and piggy bank, this mod allows the same thing in safe and defender's forge)

Mostly because I made that mod myself and wanna see someone cover it, lol. (Though I've also been told it's a pretty good mod)

Pro tip for Cheat Sheet, you can use right click on the buttons for different functions ( like scrolling left and right, or quick-executing certain functions like "butcher all hostile NPCs" without opening the extended popup window )

Also minor problem I've always had with HERO's Mod, which is that you can't look buffs up in the Buff Window. Not sure why that feature hasn't been added yet in the several years this mod's been active but it's always annoyed me just a tiny bit

I heavily suggest Fargo's Mutant mod (not Fargo's Souls mod, that's a content mod with weapons and bosses).

It adds 3 NPCs that if you kill a boss, rare enemy or beat an event, this 3 npcs will sell you items to immediately spawn that boss, rare enemy o event. My favorite it's the NPC that sells events, cause it's not only Eclipse or the Moons, you can summon rains, snow storms, sandstorms, etc... And you can even use him to skip events (like cancelling annoying Blood moons or Eclipses).

It also adds instant platforms for arenas, obsidian insta platform for WoF, a better sundial, etc...

I never saw a need for ore excavator, always used gel bombs on ore veins.

I binded ore excavation to left mouse button - that is more comfortable then using the 2 buttons)
