I want to add that these nibs will not perform well on a paperfeel or matte screen protector. I bought the Tab S7+ primarily for drawing on the go but I might not have purchased it had I known I'd be going through a nib every day. I wore completely through a hard plastic nib in only about two hours of light sketching. It's really disappointing and I haven't found a solution for this yet.

For reference, I only change the nibs on my wacom intuos pen every 2-3 weeks. The intuos has a textured surface as well.

I can't stand the mushy/squishy feeling of the rubber nibs (which also wear down very quickly even without the screen protector), and I don't like drawing on slick glass, so I'd like to find a solution for this so I can enjoy drawing without worrying about replacing the pen nib all the time.

Everything else about drawing on this tablet is fine, but I still much prefer my wacom pen over this. I wish I could use it with the tablet.

I have been using Note phones for many many years. Once I had to replace an S-pen because I snapped it while using. Now that my tips are worn (I still have 3 Notes that I use, , I changed it myself with an unopened pack of grabbing tool and replacement tips ! You rock !!!! I work on a Galaxy tablet with a full size S-pen and can make that thing sing, but now that you showedd me this I will replace that tip am subscribing right now. Keep up the great content, I shall definiitely recommend

I tried everything to get my pen back in sync. I finally discovered, by accident, that having my cover folded behind the tablet moved the pens center off about a 1/32, more than enough to throw your brain/eyes off. If I lay the tablet cover open, instead of folding it behind the tablet, its perfect.

My tab S7 didn't come with replacement tips for the s-pen. I don't know why Samsung stopped shipping replacement tips with the box.

found this whilst trying to figure out why I ran through 3 black nibs In 2 weeks ! Now I have to buy more and have one white nib left and I never had these S-pen problems on my note 3, note 5, note 10+, about 5 years of using galaxy notes phone and I never had to replace a nib till now on tab s6. Anyways very helpful video now I know I need 20 white nibs & 100 black nibs lol.

Lmao I thought I had worn out my soft tip. I thought thread was coming out. Didn't know it was like a brush until now & I've owned a note forever. I put a magnet case on my phone & didn't realize it was not good for my spen. I thought my screen was broken until I took the case off. I was writing so hard until I realized it. Thanks! Very helpful. My S pen is like the middle one on your table; the tip doesn't have the thick part to grab with the remover tool. It's tiny & smooth. So I don't know how to pull it out. I've tried many times with the tool, but it doesn't grab the tip at all. Any thoughts?

Idk if ALL the nib on Samsung pen, whether it was the stylus from the note series, the tab series, the S series, or the S pen itself, are interchangeable but I've tried to use the free spare nib that comes with Samsung Note Edge to fix the nib on my Samsung Tab A 2015' stylus, and it worked wonder~ I was scared that it wouldn't fit at first, since I inherited the Tab A from my parents and they don't know if the Tab comes with the spare nibs or not (they bought the Tab in 2017 and have lost the box a long time ago), so I just rummaged through the old phone boxes that I can find at home and finally found the spare nibs in the Samsung Note Edge 2014 box. Thank god it worked! Now I got 5 spare nibs for free and didn't have to search around the internet to buy the cheap knocked-off one, or pay a load sum for the official one :')

I have also come across Titanium Alloy tips, what would be your view on these please ?

I bought the hard plastic tips and it felt a little too hard but still very good. Only one problem appeared after a time and that was that the pen will stop writing if I only apply light pressure (pen still touches screen), this became very annoying over time as it makes double or tripple click at something. Does anyone have this problem
