As someone who has trained with these, You do NOT get shocked, They only got shocked because it was a challenge or for fun or something. When training you dont get shocked

I’ve done this before in middle school. We got a field trip to one of these places where they had this 360 screen and gave us a fake gun with a CO2 can in it to make it feel real. I remember doing the Tennis guy with a knife and the lady at the fast food place, this was so much fun in this brought back an amazing memory

The scenario where a dude is running at you with a knife is 100% an acceptable use of lethal force, have any of you heard of the 21 foot rule? Then showing that scenario as a fail shows how incompetent and biased this sim training is.

I've been in simulators like this and there are some where you can talk and change the outcome. They can be intense and there are videos of me in it where I don't recognize myself and can see a bit of panic. Truly crazy.
