Why Does He Want to Keep Eye Contact

I don't keeping eye contact but he just want to maintain eye contact for too long and I break it because it's starts to get uncomfortable and other people are like woah, and whenever I break it and look away and he still staring at me and I look back and we're back to staring at each other.

if i make eye contact with an attractive woman i would give a smirk /smile. i remember at my old work i saw a hot chick, i was checkin her out as i was walking down the isle, anyways a lot of guys break eye contact when caught but if you maintain it you can see her TELLS. she looked up sensing someone was looking at her i smriked and she did an assesment of me quickly. she hold it for about 4 seconds then looked to the side with he's kind of cute face.half smile. lol. another time that happened. i was at the mall waiting for food and locked eyes with a girl. she did an essesment as well! they hold the eyes for a few seconds assessing then make a decision. the ones that break it very fast though or immediatly i think either are shy but may like you.
