If we're talking ACTUAL first films (but unreleased)...
Brad Pitt's first movie was a clunker called The Dark Side of the Sun, filmed in 1988. He played a character with a skin condition that required him to be clothed in black leather.
George Clooney's first movie was a truly horrendous piece of work called Grizzly 2 (made in 1983), which made the first Grizzly movie look like Citizen Kane by comparison. It was also the first film appearance of Charlie Sheen and an early film appearance (though not her first) by Laura Dern.
