I have the legacy version. It's hefty but the plug and play blade install is awesome. The pixel version is sweet, I'm just happy to have a qui-gon lightsaber 😊

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I’d 100% take the Disney one. I personally enjoy heavy sabers for when I’m choreographing, and it gives me a boost in strength while using it. The general saber is pretty basic, and isn’t shinning so much light into your eyes. That’s what I like about a saber.

What I love abt neopixel is how thin the hilts are!! I always got frustrated with how thick the official ones were, it made it harder to duel with

The one thing that's better in Disney sabers is how fast you can put the blade in. Everything else: pixel ones win. They're better shaped, better quality, more screen accurate, they sound better, feel better.

Both are good in my opinions now now let me explain, the Disney one you can do at galaxy edge is more about the experience of building your own lightsaber, while a neo pixel is used to look good for events and for pashion film projects because they look amazing on camera, or if you are just a straight up star wars fan / nerd / geek

I have a Disney and Neopixel lightsaber. I love my disney saber and the memory of building it with my kids building their own beside me. But the neopixel is just so much higher quality.

The Neo Pixel one because pf the special FX, and replaceable batteries. Rechargeable batteries have a shelf life, as in they won't recharge forever.

The 2 definitely are for different purposes. That said if they made a customizable neopixel with that removable blade system it would be sick

I’ll probably choose the Disney one. It’s most likely cheaper and I don’t know how much I’m willing to drop on a on a on a qui-gon saber if it was like an Anakin one or Obi-Wan Luke, any of those like nicer ones. I would definitely pick the neopixel

I'd rather do what my father and his brother did when Star wars first came out and go to Lowe's get some wooden curtain rods, a 2 by 4, some screws and a can of spray paint. Basically make some "lightsabers" you can put your back into the swing.
