Coruscant is the highlight of the prequel trilogy and the execs and producers were too cowardly to it in the sequel trilogy. Rey could've at least visited the Jedi Temple but It had to be Tatooine, which will NEVER be interesting.

I'm pretty sure it's because in RotS, the whole scene is CGI while in Mando, it's very obviously a real model speeder that's being placed within a CGI space

People who complain about Prequel CGI forget that at the time, it was revolutionary... though it is quite sad that it so quickly became out dated...

But Star Wars pushed CGI to new levels...
