This insurance scammer got caught on dashcam! He wasn't too thrilled about it either.. He gets angry after being caught as his scam fell apart completely.

That's not how it works in Québec.
You can't sue on road accidents.
Insurances are fixing your own car, and the insured can't collect money directly from the other drivers.
All that could happen is the insurance claims the other insurance for the fix...

Nope. He was backing up to let the other car pass, but the dash cam car was tailgating. The street is terrible.
