Now If there's actual availability on March 6th I will be picking up a 9070 XT. Time to upgrade from my GTX1070.

AMD COOKED SO HARD i can smell Nvidia power connector burning till here

AMD owning the value segment is the best play. Most of us don't care about top performance. We can't afford that. We want value. And AMD has seriously nailed that with these cards. Great job team.

Gotta admit, AMD killed it. I would’ve liked to have seen a $499 and $549 price for both, but hey, GOOD JOB AMD

To be honest, I never had a problem with AMD, and I appreciate how they contribute by improving systems like Linux (which I use), Steam Deck, Open Source, and constantly reaching everyone's budget.

Thanks guys.

Time to wait for independent benchmarks now

there should be on presentation against 5070ti: "no missing ROPs"

Smart AMD for mentioning how your product is in most all gaming consoles/handhelds. Alot of users may not have known that. Probably got alot more customers just from that.

Notice how they put more emphasis on rasterization and REAL performance compared to nvidia

upgrading from a RX 470 to a 9070 XT is going to be crazy.

A serious presentation without people making a fool of themselves, stable launch drivers, FSR4, great price and great performance? AMD is so back. Let's just wait for independent benchmarks.

I was so sure AMD would miss the opportunity, but to my surprise, the prices look pretty good.

Honestly this was a pretty damn good presentation. Easy to follow, not overly fluffed, raw performance data, very well presented. I hope the 3rd party reviews show accuracy to these 1st party numbers.

Ngreedia now:
1. Stock shortage (at launch and beyond)
2. Fake MSRP
3. Fake frames
4. Melted cables
5. Burned cards
6. Bad drivers /blackout screens.
7 Dropped support for PhysX
8. Minimal performance increase from previous generation
9. $2000+ to risk burning your house down..
10. Missing fuses & ROPS.

The fact that BOTH models have 16gb vram immediately shows that AMD won 2025.

Dear AMD, I bought an Arc A770 years ago because it was cheap and I needed a GPU and the 7000 series had just launched and was out of my price range. And Nvidia is well, I dont like their business practices. So I would just like to say, keep this up, and my next GPU, which wont be to far off, will be a Radeon. Thank you.

It’s hard to tell wether I can smell AMD cooking, or Nvidia’s 5090 cooking itself lol

The fact that this team is showcasing performance graphs which are *to-scale* ; comparing native (old gen) vs native (new gen) figures _and_ don't hide figures where they still trail behind, at least shows that AMD doesn't take its customers as idiots wowed by bombastic green bar graphs and idiotic catch phrases.

Obviously the jury is still out while we wait for 3rd party reviews, but I'm cautiously optimistic that I might actually play on a latest-gen GPU sometime before next century...
