ok let's start

1: the T pose: it is the standard model of a 3D model, it usually happens to animation bugs

2: the man in the painting is G-man from half life

3: the marker of the player and how he sits refers to the skyrim and the NPCs

4: The sword comes from Minecraft, and I think the jump refers to the critical hit

5: the sound of damage received comes from the old death sound in roblox

6: the sound of when it falls, is the same as the collision of objects in G-mod

7: the bugged paint, is a reference to a bug that commonly happens in G-mod when it doesn't render textures well

8: The objects that it drops are, money from GTA 5, diamonds from Minecraft and Lego pieces are the currencies of all lego games

7: and the death box is from apex legend

8: oh and the Wasted from gta5

Edit:
9: armor plates from warzone, If I had seen them but by the angle of the plates I did not notice. :p

pdt: What am I doing with my life? :c

Explaining time.

1. Guy walks in with TF2's civilian pose (A-pose you can do using a certain trick)

2. G-Man from half life as the painting (the model is from half life 2)

3. Skyrim's NPC marker

4. Person walks in with minecraft diamond sword

5. I'm pretty sure the guy with the diamond sword is in G-Mod's default crowbar pose

6. Roblox' old death sound

7. LEGO game death sound

8. Loot dropped is money from GTA, Diamons (his inventory) from Minecraft, Armor plates from COD and Studs from LEGO games

9. Source engine ragdoll, although ragdoll deaths also appear in other games like GTA, but in Source it's the most prominent.

10. Painting turns into the fallback texture map that Source Engine uses when it can't render/find a texture. You probably saw this when you didn't download the necessary game resource like CS:S for GMOD
(Edit: This is from Source. I just noticed the collision sound being from the engine)

8. T-pose. This isn't bound to a game since almost every 3D game uses this as a default pose. Although people know this as an error since games are not supposed to have characters T-posing instead of their usual animations.

9. Apex Death box

10. GTA V's wasted screen (specifically the old version)

Reminder that the missing texture pattern isn’t relegated to just Gmod. It’s the default source fallback texture for when a certain texture does not exist within the game. The reason why it's so well known in Gmod is because a lot of maps require texture assets for CS:S.

I'm here to make the comprehensive list.

-We start with the A-pose, common for character design and glitches in game animation.
-Distortion effect I can't pin down between A-pose/NPC transformation, gives me a FNAF vibe.
-You then sit down as a Skyrim npc, evidenced by the marker above your head. You look at the camera which assumes that the camera is the Main Player Character.
-The painting is the G-Man from Half-Life.
-You then get Minecraft sword crit by a man using the diamond sword while doing the Gmod crowbar pose.
-You take full body damage in the color of red as a Minecraft character before saying "OOF" the Roblox (death/damage?) sound.
-You get up from your chair, again Skyrim, before falling down like a Gmod death animation evidenced by sound and object collision and then exploding with the Lego death sound.
-The man that kills you T-poses, another common pose for design and an emote.
-You explode into Lego studs, GTA cash pickups, and Warzone Armor drops (Only one I needed to search for, don't play WZ)
- Painting becomes an un-rendered texture.
-Crowbar at the top of the stairs, most likely Gmod or Half-life.
-You gain an Apex death box.
-"Wasted", GTA death effect.

As you can see, my life has been dedicated to having none of the life part.

Edits:
-APEX WAS MENTIONED IN THE ORIGINAL POST! IT'S BEEN THERE THE WHOLE TIME! Sorry for the caps, ironically the Battle Royale people, like me, lack eyes and attention to detail.

Thanks to those that called me out so I could be more informative.

T-posing and the black and violet "missing texture" are shared among most all of the games you know.
The 3d ones ofc.
