Windows Host Process rundll32 High CPU/Memory/Disk Usage Windows 10

Hi, I found my high CPU being used to 50% by
which from Win 7/8 reports appears to be sthg to do with the Customer Experience Improvement Program.
high cpu usage, high memory usage, and high disk usage is main problem.

Process Explorer seemed no help on this, and I've been running Win 10 for 2 or 3 weeks without this as far as I know, so am wondering if it's sthg introduced in a recent update.

As yet I don't know how to opt out if it's the CEIP as I've read about it.

After over an hour, it stopped running and CPU use returned to normal.
Has anyone else seen this - know how to stop it? Thanks!
This is a very first thing that I turn off after any Windows Installation (7/8/10).

Right click & disable 3 items as shown:

Hi, I ran into the issue with having two rundll32 processes, using a load of memory and found that they were being driven by HP printer software. I uninstalled the printer software and the two processes were gone. Just an FYI

Thank you. I hope it helps, so far host process rundll32 don"t appear. I did it on windows 8.1 it was annoying, every day slowed down my PC totally 100% for few minutes i had to end task in task manager. Now switched off for life . Thanx again!!

The problem was solved temporarily, but something else seems to be causing high CPU usage.

I disabled 4 processes in the Customer Experience scheduled task.
-Consolidator
-KernalCeipTask
-Uploader
-USBCeip

I have disabled so many tasks recently to make it stop happening, but they are all temporary.

If I let my PC idle for about 5 minutes, rundll32 runs again. If I am watching a movie or PC is doing something that uses any kind of processing power (defragmenting...), rundll32 doesn't run, however, if I haven't touched the mouse or keyboard, the process starts immediately after a movie unless I touch the mouse or keyboard.

What do I do?

when i open any game in the pendrive it doesnt runs but in task manager the rundll32 executes using 60%+ cpu usage bu the game doesnt opens what shall i do?

Thanks for the video but these processes were already disabled on my PC so something else is causing the issue, please help.

I updated Runtime components and it rundll32.exe started heating up the system again.
