We love our Zline range hood. But we have under mount lighting in our new kitchen that is soft white and the range hood LEDs are bright white. It doesn’t match… Are we able to purchase soft white bulbs for our hood?

I am unable to release fixture by pressing on the hinges of one of my bulbs. Is it advisable to spray it with a lubricant? It will not budge. I was able to release the other one without too much difficulty.

Any link to order parts for ZLINE range hood? Both lights went out. We moved into new townhouse two years ago and a few months ago the range lights went out. Have tried calling and emailing ZLINE but the email refers you to the phone # and the phone message refers you to the email but no luck in getting someone to help me get the parts or tell me where to purchase them. The install looks easy but the impossible thing seems to be finding the replacement lamp. Please help

My LED lights flash on and stay off about 1 second. Then this process repeats. What is causing this? Do I need to replace the bulbs or the controller?

both of my lights just stopped working out of nowhere... any ideas as to what that could be? if one goes out do they both go out? the relay still clicks on and off so hopefully it’s not the switch

This is a recirculating fan with no ductwork. I had to remove and reassemble my vent hood to install a light kit. LEDs should last 50, 000 hours, not a few years.

This is one of the things I love about Zline product—almost every component is easy to replace. That connector makes it so easy to deal with electricals. When one of the bulbs on my hood snapped and won’t turn on, I called Zline to ask for some help and they were kind enough to send me this video. They weren’t bluffing when they said it’s easy. Well, I just wanted to be absolutely sure about it because I didn’t want to break stuff inside. Had the bulb replaced in a heartbeat.

Yup, just like the other 24K people looking at this video because of junk led lights on zline products I'm looking at replacements. Gonna cost $40 for two bulbs. Wish I knew this before getting this pos.

These LED lights are a disaster! I have a ceiling hood range and the LED lights can not stay on for more than maybe 2 - 3 hours at a time. If I leave them on too long, the bright led light then dims. Once I turn them off they never come back on to full power. Then shortly afterwards, they stop working altogether. This has happened TWICE now. Each time, the lights burned the actual hood circuit board and it had to be replaced along with the lights. I've had 2 electricians note that it is NOT the electrical but the lights are pulling too much power for the circuit board. You should not have to worry about turning off the hood range lights for fear that they are going to stop working. The last time the repair company fixed this for free. This time I spent $200 to fix it again. It is not fair that it is my responsibility to pay for a terribly made product. Note, I found nothing in the instructions that tells you about the limited use of the lights. And of course, Z-line does not have their own repair department. So, you have to pay for an outside repair service. I can never recommend this company again. So disappointed.

Also, this video is NOT hepful for those of us who have CEILING hood ranges. They are made differently. A separate video should be made to show how to change those lights.

Don’t buy, the bulbs will fuse almost every year and then u have to buy from them, they cost a lot
