As a Military momma who solo parents pretty much all the time and is in the middle of a deployment this was beautiful. I never imagined raising kids away from family and taking on primary giver and homeschool parent but the Lord is working on me still 8 years in of this journey.

I have 2 under 2 and a husband who struggles with cycles of serious mental illness so he is sometimes not able to support me emotionally or practically. This is a good reminder to look after myself and enjoy my kids during these times instead of just moping.

My husband is deploying soon. We just had our 3rd baby and this video was a blessing. I’m used to weekends alone and 2 weeks outta the year-so I also have some practices and routines. We’re a routine family for sure however what I loved most about this video was the mention of a heart posture and GRACE. Both so good and I needed that reminder as I prepare for his first couple days away from us soon. So thank you!!!
