Marco is one of the only people alive who met legends after legends. Fought a few and stood besides some. He was whitebeards right hand, offered a position by Shanks, was mates with Blackbeard, met Roger and Rayleigh, fought admirals, knocked big moms ship off the water fall, and helped the straw hats to fight against Kaido and the beast pirates. Holy hell man went through a lot.

I love this scene.. Marco is actually acting as big brother to Luffy in the whole arc in behalf of Ace.. ❤

the fact that this was missing from the manga is criminal . These kind of scenes may feel small in scale but do wonders for the storytellling . It is a bit shocking that i find the animes version of the wano arc a lot better even though it takes centuries to watch it all
