When that lines goes do u see steam or smoke from around oil filter housing area ?

This line was replace on my car about 40k ago at dealer but today I had another coolant issue at 76k

would the code 20A503 be thrown for this leak somehow?

I got a 2018 330 at the shop rn. I pressure tested it it’s leaking under the car where the oil plug is I wonder if that’s the problem. I replace the coolant expansion plastic connector that’s under the intake manifold I wonder if this is the problem now
