I would cover the cracked glass with sticky tape before removing it.

hi sorin, i advice you to use money rubber to scour the screen in there place until the adhesive hardness, i work in phone repair and find its the best way to do that without damaging the new screen, this method will not put high pressure on the screen and you can give the phone to the customer without need to wait the adhesive hardness (if he cant wait), hope these make your work more easier

Hello and thanks for your videos. I’ve been a consumer repair tech for many years on & off. Must say I’m impressed with your troubleshooting & repair abilities. I love the tools you used in this phone video, esp the usb charge monitor tool you are using. Unfortunately it shows as non-available as well as the thermal camera. I didn’t however see the thermal camera used in this video, but I can think of many uses for such a device. Thank you, have a great day. 🙂👍

I wish this video was uploaded before, same story costumer come to fix screen, told me phone need only replace screen, i ordered screen phone doesn't work...only when some preassure is applied on one of spot on the motherboard...
