I know what I desire freedom. Being single is amazing I would never ever make a commitment too anyone ever again. After being married for 20 years and divorced .People don't realize how amazing freedom is .Woman should not feel down on themselves for being single...Neither should men because life is so much better when you have freedom too do whatever you want..It is honestly a absolute blessing too be single no one too annoy you or make your life miserable being single is fabulous.One of the happiest days of my life was the day my divorce was finalized...freedom lol 😊

I'm grateful and I'm building confidence daily, I'm also exercising and staying busy minding my own. Talking to fake Luke profiles, thats frustrating its flattering you have such a greatness fan club but Ive never ignored anyone im talking to so many fake profiles, someome is I guess is mad so someone is trying to block me from speaking to you a stalker you would call it

21 years ago I was medicated and now I use craft music and sport to sit with feeling and let the emotions flow.
I teach this to young ladies too.
It’s important to go within and deal with each emotion.
Your body let you know, we need to listen and attend to what it’s telling us and nurture and heal in your pace ..
