Holy fuck. It’s done.
I have been working my absolute ass off on this project for an entire month. Originally this was a project I had started but then never finished almost a year ago. After a long while I was interested in picking it back up again, and King of the Monsters’ 3 year anniversary just so happened to be a little over a month away. So I worked on this passion project, hoping I would be able to get it done by the deadline, and y’know what, I fucking did it. I wanna thank my spotify playlists, the Snapcube Sonic the Hedgehog fandubs, and my group of friends who very kindly helped me with this project. Shoutouts to @ArtisticAngelLucas , @KCwof , @vernaculum7216 (all of them made bgs), and @Jaxorri (storyboard help) for making this possible.

Anyway, Godzilla! MonsterVerse! Oh these silly little monster movies
Watching King of the Monsters in august of last year was what absolutely shot me into my hyperfixation, so I definitely owe it that. Even if the movie has flaws, it shines in practically every monster related aspect, it’s a movie you can tell was made by and for fans and I can respect that. Godzilla fandom is pretty enjoyable for what it is (ignoring the constant infighting LMFAO), and a lot of artists are big inspirations for me. Plus I love drawing these kaiju and making hcs for them. I feel like my main goal with this pmv was making Ghidorah seem terrifying as fuck because that’s how he is in the movie, and I feel like we forget how goddamn scary he is.
Hopefully this offering will be sufficient enough for me to not be immediately incinerated.

Also go watch Centaurworld, the show the song is from. The song is VERY different from a majority of the show though lmao, and while it’s not for everyone it’s definitely worth a watch. The actual Nowhere King is cool and terrifying as fuck.

Dude, this blew me away! Even just being a black and white color palette, it captured the creatures so well, and the tweening made it so lively, making it look realistic what parts you made moved. I loved how you drew Mothra so much, her expressions just You really out did your self on this project!!!!

Seeing Ghidorah smile and emote like that brings a ton of new depth to him. The scars on each head are also a very nice touch.

Oh wow, th- this is just- this is a MASTERPIECE. The emotions where displayed so beautifully and the animation is absolutely AMAZING. I have not seen this movie, but after watching this, I'm definitely gonna. Seriously, this was done so well with the lighting and movement of the characters and, I think it was TOTALLY worth all the hard work you put into this. Definitely keep doing projects like this!

HOLY FUCK INDEED! I adore this. So much. I haven't seen Centaurworld yet, but I think this might be my favourite Ghidorah MV I've ever seen. I love anything that paints Ghidorah as not just an evil or sadistic monster, but something wicked in almost eldritch sort of way like the Nowhere King. And this is how you do it.

I love how the gray theme really helps bring out the bright colors. It also helps the PMV resemble one the of older movies that someone added some effects to so it would stand out more. Very satisfying to watch.
