So many people are asking what show it is . This is Centaurworld in Netflix and the episode is from season 2 episode 6, it mostly seems like a goofy show with goofy artstlye (which it is) but also combines serious concepts and kinda anime inspired artstyle. I highly recommend but it will all depend on personal taste so yeh also it contains a lot of musicals

The fact that you could see the minotaur still struggling inside his throat just makes this oh so much worse. This thing feels like it just showed up in the wrong series.

OK explained.
He was injured and had been literally in a nowhere realm for years.
Hes eating the guard to get back strength and if you look he grows new legs and can now hold himself together better
He has fused with the guard and now knows everything the guard knew and literally has new life and flesh now.

Maybe this is how he got bigger. He shrinks when he dies and he’s much bigger than his original self.

Just know or if you already watching the show just remember this used to be a centaur that was self-conscious about what he looked like to a woman so much so that he built a machine which turned him into this this man is the epitome of letting your insecurities take control
