Wait didn't Hephaestus tried to rape Athena at one point and imprisoned Hera on her throne until he gets a wife? Ares should also be part of the group. He doesn't rape and at worst he's more of a neutral god than evil. At beat he's actually a nice guy.

I'd include Nyx in this meeting. She seems to have done much less evil than most of the Greek Gods and more importantly if she did turn up can you really see Haphaestus and Hestia try and tell her she ever did anything she's done anything evil considering even Zeus is scared of her.

There's a reason why Hestia is Bestia. She's the best of everyone else. If ever I had lived in Ancient Greece back then, or for some magical reason, be transported to the Greek Pantheon and their mythology, I'd most definitely choose to serve under Hestia.
